For maximum throughput, the Disc Grinder performs high-capacity primary coarse grinding between precision rotating discs. The coarse paste then goes straight to the Microcut for fine cutting, or, when your recipe includes cooking, additives or preservative mixing, a Universal Cooker slots in as the intermediate mixing and cooking stage.

Run your batch with the coarse cutting head first; once coarse cutting is complete, swap in the fine (Microcut) head and run the final pass for a smooth, fibre-free paste. Any cooking or additive mixing happens in an intermediate vessel between the two passes.
