Procer MixPro is a vacuum processing,
homogenizing, mixing and dispersing
system for the food, pharmaceutical,
cosmetic and chemical industry. With
MixPro, Kinemach has designed a system
that meets all the requirements of the
market its variable settings of process
parameters, robust design for the
demanding production conditions as well
as the uncompromising alignment of its
design with the latest developments and
needs of the sectors.
MixPro is designed for products that require simultaneous mixing, emulsification, and deaeration under vacuum. It is used to manufacture mayonnaise, salad dressings, sauces, pharmaceutical ointments, creams, lotions, and similar oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsions that need a bubble-free, stable texture.
The vacuum chamber removes trapped air during mixing. This prevents oxidation, extends shelf life, eliminates surface bubbles, and produces a smoother, denser emulsion. For cosmetic creams and pharma ointments, air-free mixing is critical to product stability and appearance.
MixPro is available in multiple vessel sizes to suit different production scales, from pilot batches of 50 litres to full production runs of several hundred litres per batch. Vessel size, motor power, and rotor-stator configuration are selected based on your product viscosity and throughput requirements.
Yes. MixPro vessels are jacketed for both heating and cooling. You can heat ingredients during processing and cool the finished product in the same vessel, eliminating transfer losses and contamination risk and reducing total batch cycle time.
MixPro is a batch machine best suited for medium-to-high viscosity emulsions and pastes. It is not designed for very low-viscosity free-flowing liquids (where an inline system like Nexus is more appropriate) or for continuous high-throughput processing (where HFD or Nexus inline handles better).
MixPro uses a high-speed rotor-stator head submerged in the batch. The rotor spins at high RPM, drawing product through the stator slots and generating intense shear. Combined with vacuum and slow-speed anchor agitation, this produces a consistently fine droplet size distribution and a stable, homogeneous emulsion.
Yes. MixPro is built with pharmaceutical-grade materials: stainless steel SS316L contact parts, CIP/SIP compatibility, and smooth internal finishes that prevent bacterial traps. It meets GMP manufacturing requirements for topical pharmaceutical products including ointments, creams, and emulsified API suspensions.
