Chemical Process Mixing Equipment
Design and manufacture high-performance chemical process equipment for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, wet milling and powder induction - from laboratory R&D to full-scale production.
One Formulation, Several Process Stages
A chemical batch typically moves through powder wet-out, high shear dispersion or emulsification, deagglomeration and homogenization to a stable, uniform product. Each stage is a Prócer machine.
Your process uses the stages it needs - a simple emulsion may need only dispersion and homogenization; a pigment paste uses wet-out, dispersion and wet milling.
Chemical High Shear Mixer, Disperser & Homogenizer Range
Rugged rotor-stator machines in SS316L or SS304 - batch high shear mixers, high speed dispersers and inline high shear homogenisers - designed, built and exported in-house for dispersion, emulsification, deagglomeration and homogenization duty at any industrial mixing scale.
Dispersion & Emulsification
Batch high shear dispersion, emulsification and powder wet-out for pigments, resins and emulsions.
MixPro
A batch high shear mixer and disperser for pigment wet-out, emulsion and latex production, and adhesive mixing - rotor-stator shear draws floating agglomerates into the mixing zone for rapid, uniform dispersion up to high viscosity.
HFD
A powder–liquid induction and wet-out system for pigments, fillers, thickeners and resins - draws dry powder directly into the liquid stream, eliminating floating powder, dust and lump formation.
Homogenization, Wet Milling & Deagglomeration
Inline homogenization and single-pass wet milling / deagglomeration to the micron range.
Nexus
An inline high shear homogenizer for continuous dispersion and emulsification - every pass receives identical shear for uniform particle and droplet size in coatings, inks and emulsions, from 4,500 to 120,000 LPH.
Microcut
Wet milling and deagglomeration of agglomerated solids into a uniform micron-scale dispersion - single-pass centrifugal shear for pigment pastes, dispersions and particle size reduction to the micron range.
Rotor-Stator High Shear Mixing, Explained
Every Prócer machine - batch or inline, lab or production - is built around the same rotor-stator high shear principle. Understanding it makes equipment selection straightforward.
Intake
A high-speed rotor turning inside a fixed stator creates powerful suction, drawing liquids and solids into the workhead - the same self-pumping action that lets an inline high shear mixer feed itself without an auxiliary pump.
Shear
Centrifugal force drives material into the precision gap between rotor and stator, where intense mechanical and hydraulic shear mill particles and droplets to a smaller, uniform size - the core of emulsification, dispersion and deagglomeration.
Expel & recirculate
Material is forced out through the stator perforations at high velocity as fresh material is drawn in. In single-pass or recirculation mode, this progressively reduces particle size to the target specification.
Batch vs inline, high shear vs high speed disperser. A batch high shear mixer works inside a vessel; an inline high shear homogenizer processes continuously in a pipeline and pumps as it mixes. Both differ from a simple high-speed disperser (a sawtooth blade for lower-shear dispersion) by the close rotor-stator tolerance that delivers far finer, more uniform results. Interchangeable workheads let one Prócer machine emulsify, homogenize, disperse, deagglomerate and wet-out powders - from R&D dispersion trials to full-scale coatings, ink and adhesive production. As a rotor-stator equipment manufacturer, exporter and supplier, Prócer builds this rotor stator technology across the full range - from a benchtop industrial mixer to full production-scale industrial mixing.
Laboratory High Shear Mixers & Homogenizers
Chemical formulation starts at the bench - and chemical R&D is a distinct market. Formulation chemists, coatings and ink developers, adhesive labs and university research groups need lab high shear mixers that deliver production-grade rotor-stator shear at small volumes, so a dispersion perfected in a beaker scales to production predictably. Prócer builds two.
Revtron
A benchtop batch high shear mixer for developing dispersions, emulsions and adhesive formulations with precise, repeatable shear and variable speed control.
- Millilitre-to-litre batch volumes
- Interchangeable workheads for dispersing & emulsifying
- Variable speed with reproducible, recordable settings
- Same shear principle as Prócer production machines
NucleoLab
A lab-scale inline homogenizer at up to 24,000 rpm - for continuous small-batch dispersion, recirculation studies and predicting inline production performance.
- Continuous inline processing at lab scale
- Up to 24,000 rpm for fine dispersions & emulsions
- Recirculation for progressive particle size reduction
- Predicts Nexus inline production behaviour
