01 · How a Line Fits Together

One Product, Several Stages: The Food Production Line

Most food products pass through more than one process stage, and each stage needs different equipment. This is why a paste line isn't one machine, and why Prócer builds the full chain. Every stage below is a Prócer machine. Click any to explore it.

Your product uses the stages it needs. A batter line stops at grinding; a mayonnaise line starts at powder induction. Scroll sideways on mobile.

Industrial Food Mixing & Grinding Machinery

Industrial food mixers, food grinding machines and precision cutting machines: every machine on the line above, built in-house with food-grade SS316L wetted parts and CIP-ready sanitary hygienic construction as standard.

Grinding & Cutting

Food grinding and cutting machines for primary size reduction: whole seeds, nuts and fibrous raw material to smooth, uniform pastes.

Coarse grinding

Disc Grinder

Single continuous passCoarse-to-medium paste

The first step for nut butters, mustard pastes and commercial batters. Two precision-matched rotating discs grind whole solids into a consistent coarse-to-medium paste in a single continuous pass.

Fine cutting

Microcut

No-heat shearInterchangeable heads

A precision food cutting machine for particle size reduction (fibrous ginger, garlic, chilli and tomato), single-pass, no-heat centrifugal shear with interchangeable cutting heads.

Searching for a colloid mill or fine paste making machine? The Disc Grinder and Microcut do those jobs, with continuous throughput and a hygienic SS316L wetted path.

Mixing & Emulsification

Batch emulsification, powder handling and thermal processing for sauces, dressings and cooked products.

Batch vacuum mixing

MixPro

Up to 100,000 cPVacuum processing

A vacuum homogenizer mixer for batch emulsification of mayonnaise, dressings and thick sauces up to 100,000 cP, with fine, stable emulsions and air removed during processing.

Powder induction

HFD

Zero lump formationPowder + liquid

A powder–liquid mixing system that inducts stabilisers, gums and starches directly into the process stream: no lump formation, no wasted ingredient.

Thermal processing

Universal Cooker

All-in-one vesselInline-ready

Cooking, mixing and processing in one vessel for ketchup, curry pastes and thermally processed sauces, typically paired with inline homogenization downstream.

Looking for an industrial food mixer or sanitary food mixing machinery? MixPro, HFD and Universal Cooker cover batch mixing, powder–liquid mixing and cooked processing, all in food-grade SS316L.

Homogenization

Continuous, high-volume processing where every litre receives identical shear.

Continuous inline

Nexus

4,500-120,000 LPH24 models

An inline homogenizer for continuous lines: dairy beverages, sauces and fruit drinks from 4,500 to 120,000 litres per hour across 24 models.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most from food manufacturers evaluating Prócer equipment.

Where is Prócer food processing machinery manufactured?
All Prócer equipment is designed and manufactured at our facility in Khed, Pune, Maharashtra, India, at Gat No. 147, Pune–Nashik Highway, Kurali, Tal Khed, Pune 410501. Every machine is built and tested in-house before dispatch.
Is Prócer a food processing machinery manufacturer in India?
Yes. Prócer is a food processing machinery manufacturer headquartered in Khed, Pune, Maharashtra, supplying mixing and grinding equipment to food producers across India, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, with installation, commissioning and operator training by our own engineers.
Does Prócer supply food processing machinery in Dubai and the UAE?
Yes. Prócer exports food processing machinery to Dubai and across the UAE, as well as Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, built to international hygienic design and food-contact material standards with SS316L wetted parts as standard.
Where does Prócer supply and support food processing equipment?
As a food processing equipment manufacturer, Prócer supplies mixing and grinding machinery to food producers across India and internationally, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore. Equipment is built to international hygienic design and food-contact material standards, with installation, commissioning and operator training included as standard.
Why do I need more than one machine for my product?
Most food products pass through several process stages: coarse grinding, fine cutting, powder induction, then emulsification or homogenization, and each stage needs different equipment. A fine paste line typically runs a Disc Grinder followed by a Microcut; a mayonnaise line runs HFD powder induction into a MixPro vacuum homogenizer. Our production line map shows where each machine sits.
Is Prócer food processing equipment FSSAI compliant?
Yes. All food-contact surfaces are SS316L with crevice-free, hygienic construction designed to support FSSAI compliance and broader food safety management systems including FSSC 22000.
Is the equipment CIP-ready?
Yes. Every machine in the food processing range is Clean-in-Place ready. Cleaning fluid circulates through the wetted path without disassembly, reducing changeover from an hour of manual strip-down to a programmable cycle.
Can I trial a formulation before purchasing equipment?
Yes. The NucleoLab and Revtron platforms support lab and pilot-scale trials using the same rotor-stator shear principle as the production machines, so results translate predictably when you scale up.
