Pharmaceutical Mixing Equipment for GMP Manufacturing
Prócer designs and manufactures pharmaceutical mixing systems, including vacuum emulsifiers, high shear homogenizers, inline mixers and powder induction systems, from laboratory to production scale.
One Formulation, Several Process Stages
A pharmaceutical batch moves through distinct unit operations: phase preparation, powder wetting, high shear emulsification or dispersion, then vacuum de-aeration and homogenization to final texture. Each stage is a Prócer machine. Click any to explore it.
Your formulation uses the stages it needs: a simple syrup may need only powder wetting and homogenization; a medicated cream uses the full emulsify-and-de-aerate sequence. Scroll sideways on mobile.
Pharmaceutical Vacuum Emulsifier, Mixer & Homogenizer Range
Rotor-stator process machines: vacuum emulsifier mixers, high shear homogenisers and powder wet-out systems, with SS316L product contact, crevice-free mirror polish and CIP/SIP-ready sanitary design as standard. Designed, built and exported in-house for validated GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Vacuum Emulsification & Mixing
Semi-solids and emulsions, the core of topical and ointment manufacturing.
MixPro
A vacuum emulsifier mixer (high speed emulsifier) integrating heating, high shear homogenization and de-aeration in one cGMP vessel, for ointments, creams, gels and lotions up to 100,000 cP. Rotor-stator shear builds fine, stable O/W and W/O emulsions while vacuum collapses entrapped air.
Explore MixPro →HFD
A powder–liquid induction system for lump-free wetting of Carbopol, carbomers, gums, sugars and API powders directly into the process stream, eliminating fish-eyes and floating powder in gels, syrups and suspensions.
Explore HFD →Homogenization & Dispersion
Inline and continuous homogenization, wet dispersion and deagglomeration to micron scale.
Nexus
An inline high shear homogenizer for suspensions, emulsions and oral liquids: every millilitre receives identical shear for consistent droplet and particle distribution, from 4,500 to 120,000 LPH across 24 models.
Explore Nexus →Microcut
Wet dispersion and deagglomeration of agglomerated solids and API into a uniform micron-scale suspension: single-pass centrifugal shear reducing particle size into the 2–5 micron range for topicals and suspensions.
Explore Microcut →Rotor-Stator High Shear Mixing, Explained
Every Prócer machine (batch or inline, lab or production) is built around the same rotor-stator high shear principle. Understanding it makes equipment selection straightforward.
Intake
A high-speed rotor turning inside a fixed stator creates powerful suction, drawing liquids and solids into the workhead, the same self-pumping action that lets an inline high shear mixer feed itself without an auxiliary pump.
Shear
Centrifugal force drives material into the precision gap between rotor and stator, where intense mechanical and hydraulic shear mill particles and droplets to a smaller, uniform size, the core of emulsification, dispersion and deagglomeration.
Expel & recirculate
Material is forced out through the stator perforations at high velocity as fresh material is drawn in. In single-pass or recirculation mode, this progressively reduces particle size to the target specification.
Batch vs inline, high shear vs high speed disperser. A batch high shear mixer works inside a vessel; an inline high shear homogenizer processes continuously in a pipeline and pumps as it mixes. Both differ from a simple high-speed disperser (a sawtooth blade for lower-shear dispersion) by the close rotor-stator tolerance that delivers far finer, more uniform results. Interchangeable workheads let one Prócer machine emulsify, homogenize, disperse, deagglomerate and wet-out powders, from a bench trial to a full ointment, cream or liquid oral manufacturing plant. As a rotor-stator equipment manufacturer, exporter and supplier, Prócer builds this rotor stator technology across the full range, from a benchtop industrial mixer to full production-scale industrial mixing.
Laboratory High Shear Mixers & Homogenizers
The lab bench is where every pharmaceutical product starts, and it's a market in its own right. Research labs, formulation teams, QC departments and universities need lab homogenizers that deliver industrial-grade rotor-stator shear at millilitre-to-litre volumes, with the reproducibility to carry a formulation from the bench to production without a technology change. Prócer builds two, each for a different lab workflow.
Revtron
A benchtop batch homogenizer for beakers and small vessels: develop emulsions, gels, creams and suspensions with precise, repeatable high shear and variable speed control.
- Millilitre-to-litre batch volumes
- Interchangeable workheads for emulsifying, dispersing & disintegrating
- Variable speed with reproducible, recordable settings
- Same shear principle as Prócer production machines
NucleoLab
A lab-scale inline homogenizer at up to 24,000 rpm: for continuous small-batch processing, recirculation studies and generating the flow-based data that predicts inline production performance.
- Continuous inline processing at lab scale
- Up to 24,000 rpm for fine emulsions & dispersions
- Recirculation for progressive particle size reduction
- Predicts Nexus inline production behaviour

Mixing is the most common source of scale-up failure in pharma: a formulation that homogenizes easily in a 1 L beaker can behave differently at 500 L. Because the Prócer lab, batch and inline machines all share the same rotor-stator shear geometry, results validated on a lab mixer translate predictably to production, generating the process data GMP submissions require.
